CHOCONILLA TREAT

Extended release of Aminos and good carbs for a great pre or post workout shake.

Ingredients:
6 oz Fat Free Milk
6 oz Frozen Banana Slices *
½ scoop Vanilla Casein protein
¾ scoop Chocolate Whey protein

Directions:
Add ingredients to blender, blend until desired consistency and then drink up!

Side Note:
Cut bananas into slices before freezing, use them in place of ice cubes for your shake.
