1 cup Oats
¼ cup Frozen Blueberries
¼ cup Frozen Raspberries
¼ cup Frozen Strawberries
¼ cup Frozen Banana
4 oz 1% Milk
6 oz Vanilla Soy Milk
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 scoop Vanilla Whey protein powder
Directions:
Put milk and soy in blender then add Vanilla whey, oatmeal, then fruits-Blend till well mixed.
Add 5G of creatine for a post recovery shake as well
