NPC Figure Competitor Michelle Bates is looking great 1 week before the 2010 NPC Nationals. Michelle takes MD thru a circuit weight training routine. Michelle talks about her previous competition history and talks about how she used heavier weights this year to build her physique. She has really emphasized briniging up her delts this year and talks about her prep. Michelle has been working with posing coach Gina Aliotti for the Nationals.
