Ingredients:
• 10 oz. grilled chicken breasts
• 2 Tbsp. low-fat Caesar dressing
• 2 Tbsp. low-fat Parmesan cheese
• 2 x 6-inch whole-wheat tortillas or wrap shells
Directions:
Slice your chicken breasts into quarter-inch strips. Place in a bowl. Add the dressing and sprinkle the low-fat Parmesan cheese. Mix all these ingredients together. Dole out the mixture evenly between the two tortillas. Fold the end closest to you over the mixture and roll away from you, inserting the ends as you go. Cut in half and serve. same manner.
