Moon Pie

Take a trip down memory lane while helping your body recover from yet brutal workout.

Ingredients:
1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1/2 scoop chocolate casein protein powder
1/4 cup marshmallow fluff
1 cup low-fat (1%) milk

Directions:
Put ingredients in a shaker cup. Shake until combined.
