Low Carb Protein Loaf/Muffins

1/2 c. Pumpkin
1.5 scoop Isolyze Vanilla Protein or try the Vanilla Peanut butter
1/2 c. Egg whites
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 packets Stevia or Splenda
1 tsp Baking Powder

Spinkle to taste cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and all spice. You can use one or a combo of all three
 
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Blend all ingredients together creating a batter
 
Seperate into equal parts using muffin tins or a mini loaf pan.
 
Bake for 8-12 min.
 
DELICIOUS!!!
