Breakfast in Bed

Ingredients:
1 bag 32 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
1lb bacon, cut into pieces, fried and drained
1/2 cup onions, diced
1 green pepper, diced
3/4lb cheddar cheese, diced
1 dozen eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Layer the hash browns, bacon, onions and green pepper in a slow cooker. Add the cheese. Beat the eggs, milk and mustard together, adding salt & pepper to taste. Pour over mixture in the slow cooker and cook on low for 10 hours.
