Protein Yogurt

This is a Post-workout meal

Ingredients:
1 scoop of whey protein powder
8 oz. container low-fat fruit yogurt

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a bowl & stir until combined.

310 calories, 20+g protein (depending what one scoop of protein you get), 43g carbs, 3g fat
