No Carbs For Breakfast!

Are you still eating carbs for breakfast?
STOP!!!
You do not need carbs in the morning to 'fuel your workouts'. Although you are more insulin sensitive in the morning, so are your FAT cells! They will take up glucose just as easily making you fatter and shutting down your fat burning for the rest of the day.

Not smart. You'll be using muscle to push you through your workouts, burning muscle! Plus you need healthy carbs for brain function. That's why you get headaches on No Carb days. Carbs ate Healthy way of losing weight. Learn about nutrition not just lifting weights.

Thank you for your comment and being an avid reader of Body By Ian. Carbs are great just not for breakfast. Your insulin levels are super low and carbs would spike them so high that you wouldn't burn any fat. I have noticed or seen some of my friends who eat carbs for breakfast and they became bloated or their appetite drastically increases. As well, you'll get tired easily. A healthy fat/high protein breakfast is ideal at this time. For example, bison, ground beef or ground turkey with omega-3 eggs and some veggies cooked in coconut oil is a better meal for you. It will help improve mental focus and metabolic flexibility for the rest of the day. I'm not saying for you to cut out carbs all day but you should cut them out for breakfast and even pre-workout.
