Longevity

The KEY to making sure your body is able to recover AND has the best possible chance of avoiding injury is to train SMART.

This is how you train smart:
 
1. Rotate rep ranges so that you are NOT always using low reps, with HEAVY weight (this allows the MUSCLE to be trained hard, yet in the moderate to high rep ranges LESS weight is used therefore less stress passes on to the joints & connective tissues where injuries usually occur)
2. Picking the right exercises at the right time
3. Resting properly
4. Investing in pre-hab work to sustain joint integrity

This is crucial. More time in the gym over a year will equate to more progress, if your diet and supplementation is in order.
