Here's a really simple thought for you!

When you begin a diet whether that be for a show or photo shoot, or even just a transformation you need to remember this GOLDEN rule.

What BUILT your muscle will KEEP your muscle.

I see a lot of people forget this and start changing their training far too much when they start to diet.

Using various of training styles, yes you'll do a wide variety of rep ranges in a specific structure BUT you are always focusing on challenging the muscle to the fullest extent.
