Intention Training Tip

If you are using intentions during back training it should NOT fatigue your biceps at all. Instead, you should actually feel more tension going through your triceps as you try to 'spread the bar' whether it is rows, pull ups, pull downs, or some variation of those.

The same is true for chest training, maximal intention will make you feel a bit of tension in your biceps, not your triceps
