Back Training Tips on Rows

Don't try to force your body to move in a way that is unnatural. For example, varying your grip on a row will dictate your angle of your arm to your torso.

Overhand grip- upper arm will be closer to 60-90 degrees from torso
Neutral grip - position will vary based on mobility and body structure
Underhand grip - upper arm will be less than 45 degrees from your sides.

Understand your body and train with it, not against it.
