Evan Centopani Offseason Leg Workout 2014


Evan & his training partner start with Leg Extensions superset with Sissy Squats. Next is Hack Squats. Next is Squats. 1 plate for 20 reps, 2 plates for 20 reps, 3 plates for 15 reps, 4 plates for 10 reps (twice). Listen to your body. Evan will be at Olympia so if you see him there, say hi to him.
