Doing Crunches and Ab Workouts Will Get Rid of Belly Fat?

You can do crunches until you pass out and you still won’t have a six-pack. Doing ab workouts are only strengthening your abs, not shedding fat. Your abs may be stronger, but there is still going to be that same sheet of fat that covers them. Cardio with strength training and of course, a well-balanced diet will help them show. - Fred Smalls
