Doing Cardio Before Weights Will Help Get You Shredded Faster.

If you do cardio for a decent amount of time and intensity right before your weight lifting session, you will be fatigued during training. You can do a cardio warmup to get your body ready, but too much will deplete your glycogen stores which are the main source of energy for your muscles. Cardio after weight lifting or lifting after you've had a decent amount of time to recharge after cardio is ideal. - Fred Smalls.
