Grilled Portobello and Zucchini Burger


Ingredients
Directions
  1. Heat grill.
  2. Lightly brush mushroom caps with olive oil.
  3. Grill mushroom caps and zucchini slices until tender.
  4. Place on sandwich thin. Top with sliced cheese, roasted red bell pepper, and spinach.
