Marco starts with pull-ups. Next is straight arm pulldown using the rope. Next is behind the neck lat pulldown. Next is one arm db rows. Next is pullovers. Next is machine row with underhand grip. Next is hammer rows. Marco does two back sessions. Next is seated cable rows. Next is cable rear delts exercise. Next is deadlifts. Do these at the end of the workout. Next is donkey calf raises. He thanked his support team. Next is donkey calf raises again but a different machine.
