Guy starts with 3 warm up sets & 3 working sets of leg extensions. Next is squats with drop sets. They went to 5 plates. Next is leg press with drop sets. Next is sissy squats. Squeeze his glutes, hams & quads on the 1st 10 reps and the next 10 are fast. Next is lying leg curls. Next is seated leg curls. He thanks his support team.
