Kai starts by training forearms first. He does wrist curls first for 4 sets. Next reverse curls for 3-4 sets. After that is hammer curls. Now's it's triceps time. He starts with revere triceps pushdowns. Next is overhead db extension. Next is db kickbacks. All reps are high. Biceps time. Barbell curls for 4 sets. Next is preacher curls.
