V Taper Training with Victor Martinez 3.5 Weeks Out from the 2011 Mr Olympia


Victor starts with pull ups. He talks about the Branch Warren injury. Next is cable rows. He's gonna bring a different package than he brought to the Arnold. He's just wants to bring in great conditioning. Next is hammer rows. He talks about the diet. Next is another hammer strength rows. After that is db rows. Next is lat pulldowns. He wants to bring the 90's conditioning. Next is deadlift. He talks about using the MHP products. He talks about he learns from the best coaches to put together his own diet. Now, he's pumping up the biceps. He thanked his support group.
