4 Time Champion Jay Cutler Trains Shoulders and Traps 2 Weeks Out from the 2011 Mr Olympia


Jay starts with standing military press. He uses these when he won his 1st Mr. O. Next is side raises. Next is front raises. He goes into the detail of the muscles that he's training. Next is cable side raises. I like these & they bring out the side & rear delt. Bent over side raises & focusing on the rear delts. Next is reverse pec deck. Squeezing the rear delts. Next is shrugs. He says he feels good & the conditioning is spot on.
