Kai starts with pull-ups & dips for muscles to get some blood in the muscles. Next is upright rows superset with bent-over lateral raises & reverse pec deck. This is effective to work on the upper back & to show off when you're doing a back double bi pose. Next is standing pullovers. After that is lat pulldowns. Next is t-bar rows. Next is seated cable rows. He switched up his hand grip to contract his lats differently. Next is one arm db rows. After that is deadlifts. As you can see he's working his way from the upper back down to the lower back. He thanked his support group.
