HEATH BLASTS BACK!

 
 
Phil starts with pull-ups. He got 2 new sponsors. He did 3 sets of wide grip & close grip pull-ups. After that, he did bb rows with underhand grip. He feels that brings out the most in the lower lats. Next is one arm db rows. Next is cable rows. Next is lat pulldowns. I like that machine & holds it like his doing a back double bi pose.
