Guy has put on some great size. He starts with flat bench press. He has Fakhri Mubarak as his prep coach. He's been eating more & doing more cardio. He didn't wanna eat any cheat meals since he's eating a lot already. Almost 2 hours of cardio everyday. Next is incline db press. A lot of clean eating their diets. Fak's approach is heavy training, lots of compounds movements & the core workouts. Next is incline flyes. Heavy training up to the show. Whatever helped you make your gains, stick with it all the way to the show. Guy thanked his support group. Next is cable crossovers.
