Abbas is making his pro debut. He starts with single leg curls. He usually does 3 warm up sets before he goes into his 1st working set & he superset that with stiff legged deadlifts. 3 sets of 15-20 reps. Next is lying leg curls, 1 warm up set & 3 working sets. Next is more stiff legged deadlifts, 1 warm up set & 3 working sets of 15 reps. For calves, standing calf raises, 1 warm up & 3 working sets of 20 reps. Next is seated calf raises: 3 sets of 20 reps. Next is donkey calf raises: 3 sets of 20 reps. He thanked his support group. He hit some poses.
