Lets start with Tamer in this video. He's the head judge at the NPC Southern California show. He's going give the other judges is opinion on this show & a sense of direction. Next is Juan. He's doing his shopping at Costco's & getting a couple of cheat meals. Juan can eat. Next is Pete. He's emceeing the NPC Southern California show. Plus, Pete & Derik are going to guest pose together for the 1st very time. Juan talks about his diet using 3 low & moderate carb days & 1 high carb day aka cheat day. Then he talks a little smack. He talks about taking pictures to see how his conditioning is. Pete & Tamer train together & the comedy act starts. Tamer talks about bodybuilders care about their weight too much. They're doing some heavy weight!
