FLEX VIDEO: LIFT & LEARN!

Banks and Liberatore stuck around the gym for a full-out chest workout (after a long day of squeezing, pressing, and flexing for the cameras). To make this workout interesting, Banks and Liberatore took turns leading the workout and selecting the exercises. For each exercise selected, the man in charge had to share his tips, tricks, and unique techniques.

FLEXonline caught the whole workout on camera and you can see each exercise by clicking the links below. This is LIFT & LEARN!

I never done these before & I'm gonna use them in my next chest training. Gotta keep the elbows wide & not to much tricep work. You can see it works the upper & inside chest area.

This is good if you have a Hammer Strength Incline Press. I know most gyms have this but if you don't have this machine, I don't know what to say. Lets get back to the video, this is a good exercise to isolate one side so, if you need to build it up, try this out. Sit lower even though you're working for incline. You don't have to go heavy on this. Just concentrate on the area you're working.

I do another version of these. I press up, stop, twist & then back down. I see these maybe even better for me to try out.I looks like a press/fly action. Mike angles his shoulder placement so his shoulders or tricep won't come into play.

The bench is on a high incline. Maybe 60-75 degrees up. Keep the elbows in. Too wide will bring in the outer pec & shoulder into play. You can go heavy not overloading it. Just focus on squeezing & contracting.
