Kai starts his back training with some pull-ups which is impressive because most bodybuilders who are huge can't do them no more & he supersets with dips. Next, he does is upright rows. Next is straight arm lat pulldowns. Next is wide grip pulldowns.
BACK TRAINING PART 2: Now midway through his workout, Kai is onto t-bar rows and he isn't scared to throw some weight around. From there its barbell rows, single arm dumbbell rows, and cable rows. This is a can't miss video for hardcore fans!

Kai starts with T-bar Rows & does drop sets with them. Next is bent-over rows. Next is dumbbell rows & Kai is using a different angle to hit his lower lats. Cable rows is next, Kai just looks so massive & I can't wait for the NY Pro. I wanna see what George Farah improved on Kai Greene.
