Hilton started bodybuilding at 17 years old. He's a personal trainer in NYC. He's Paris Hilton's cousin. Bodybuilding chose him since he's been an athlete for a long time. His diet is high protein, moderate carbs & low fats. He's looking to do the Junior USA's in two years. He's gonna be training IFBB Pro Jason Joseph during the off-season. He uses Whey protein, fish oil & multivitamin for his supplements. He also worked with George Farah & he kept on getting more ripped during his 20 minute session of cardio.
