Tuna with Brown Rice Salad

Ingredients:
3 5-oz. cans solid white albacore tuna
2 cups brown rice, cooked
1 cup chickpeas
3 scallions, sliced
2 carrots, roughly chopped
1 red bell pepper, roughly chopped
7 oz. container reduced-fat (2%) Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. light Italian dressing

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine yogurt & dressing. Pour dressing over salad & toss until fully coated.
