Turkey Rolls

Ingredients:
4 oz. turkey, sliced
1/2 cup low-fat swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 cup almonds, unsalted, crushed
2 tbsp. cranberry sauce, sweetened with Splenda

Directions:
Lay turkey slices on a plate. Use either a spice grinder or blender, crush almonds into a fine powder. In a small bowl, combine almonds with cranberry sauce. Spread mixture over turkey slices & top with the shredded Swiss cheese. Roll the slices up & secure each one with a toothpick. Serve cold or heat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds.
