Here's some answers to the question above -
"Why you can't gain size?"
1. You find so many
people do not know what their nutritional intake is and do not have a
consistent output I.E energy spent. If you don't have an understanding
of where you are in this sense you will just be guessing!
2. People do not periodize their training enough and
have any sort of programming in place. This is a fast
way to hit a sticking point!
What
I will say is, people almost always find as they utilize the
fundamentals of training hard yet smart. They'll grow because they are now tapping into new
muscle fibers and new levels of stimulation.
But let's just focus on the simple fact that programming and periodization are essential!
3. Ask yourself on a level of 1-10 (10 being perfect) how consistent you are the answer is often close to 10. BUT
when we break it down, day by day it's far from the truth.
If you are doing the above too consistently then you will force positive adaptation!
