What's In Your Beef?

You should try to buy and consume Grass Fed Beef over Grain fed beef. Here's why:
 
Grass fed beef is far richer in -

1. Omega 3s
2. CLA

Two forms of fats which are great for multiple reasons, especially for health and body composition goals. 

Let me explain how and why:
Omega 3s 
In a regular portion of grain fed beef there's so little Omega 3 present it cannot be stated as a source, as where grass fed IS. Omega 3s are my favourite fatty acids because they are GREAT for testosterone production, cardiac health, brain function AND improving insulin sensitivity which is one of the golden rules for building muscle and burning fat. 

CLA
Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is said to have multiple benefits including heightened metabolism, increased insulin sensitivity, healthier cholesterol levels and improved immune function. Again, grass fed beef is enriched with CLA opposed to grain fed beef. 

It's more expensive, and some people will not have the budget. But if you do I'd recommend you make the investment because that's exactly what it is, in your health and results.
