Smart Ways To Fat Loss

Everybody want the "short cuts" really don't exist because the basic key fundamentals still need to be in place IF you are going to burn fat. You can't and will never be able to get away from this. 

There are "smarter" ways to burn fat though and that comes down to KNOWING what to do under the right circumstances at the right time. This is something you'll learn from me over time Ian. 

But do you want to know what the smartest, most powerful fat loss protocol is?

BECOME ACCOUNTABLE.

Every day, you STAY accountable to their goals. 

There's TWO steps to this - 

1. Having a plan mapped out so you KNOW where you are, you have reference points and the guessing is eliminated from the process

2. You have a plan to be accountable to and more than that an individual, ideally

If you have neither you are in a situation where you can bend the rules, make "small" changes to suit your goals as needed. Ultimately, that's ALL crap and will lead to slow/no results. 

Like it or not, you HAVE to take this leap.

No surprise, the results show when you give 110%. 

The plan can only work IF you are accountable and stick to it. 

So just do it and watch the results take shape.
