Fat Timing!

Timing of carbs are important but so is the timing of fat intake!

The best time for higher fat is at breakfast. It will help improve mental focus and metabolic flexibility for the rest of the day. It will also help regulate blood sugar and improve insulin sensitivity.
 

Try using mostly coconut oil, raw nuts, and fish oils with your first meal of the day for best results.
