Hydration Tip

Tip on hydration. You don't need to overdo it, or overthink it.

How much water should you be drinking?
0.7 oz per pound (lb) of bodyweight
e.g. 200 lb man would drink: 200 x 0.7 = 140
140 ounces, or 4 liters per day

And if you are drinking more than that value, definitely make sure you are adding in electrolytes from foods (sea salt, avocados, sweet potatoes, etc.), or supplementation intra-workout.
