DTP Training

I started the DTP or (Dramatic Transformation Principle) program last week and I realize that there's some pros and cons to this.

Lets start with the pros: I like the way the program is set up with higher and lower reps and the time to recover for the next set(s). It's a great change and you're hitting certain body parts with a high number of reps to hit the muscle hard and the time to recover from each set especially with legs and arms. It's really make you use the mind-muscle connection and rest-pause technique a lot.

The cons are all 4 weeks of this program stay the same. No changing in the exercises. There should be more variety in the program. I'm a volume guy so I like to do more sets for certain body parts to hit your bit of that muscle hard.

This program wasn't for me but give this program a try. This may work for you. Tell if you like it or not and your pros and cons about it. I'd like to hear what your review on this.
