This just means twitsing your hand outwards so your thumb is on the outside when you finish the movement at the top of the rep. For example Alternate DB Curls.
What this will do is improve muscle fiber stimulation and recruitment across the bicep heads.

Great tip indeed! People think big biceps come from big weights, when in actually, it is the proper execution of technique that produces the best results. That's not to say that heavy weight won't build arm mass but you and I both know that a lighter weight with better technique is more productive than poor technique and more weight than one can handle.
