To build a physique and keep it, factoring in condition and muscle mass takes a lot of effort.
If you don't want to hear that then this journey isn't for you!
But it isn't necessarily difficult, it just requires you "to do it" every day!
Here's a list of things which will make your life easier.
If you find you are missing meals, eating the wrong food and generally getting caught out then you need to address your food prep! Cook your meals for 2-3 days, maybe even 7 and freeze them! Don't fall behind on this.
Have a variety of foods in your diet so you don't get bored! This is often why people fail, and it's also beneficial to have a variety from a physiological angle!!
Ultimately it will take your time, effort and consistency to build a physique!
I keep saying this, consistent small steps are best!
