The 2 Things You ABSOLUTELY Need For Muscle Building

In order of importance… pay attention ;) )

1)Execution
“its not about WHAT you do, its HOW you do it”
Exercise execution and proper form absolutely dictates whether you will be able to build muscle continuously, or whether you will be doomed to the fate of most people and being limited by your bodies natural tendency to NOT want to build muscle.
Sure you'll build some muscle, but so can my little sister.

Placing TENSION where you want it gives you complete control over where your body will build muscle. It HAS to start there if you want any chance at building muscle.

Are you paying attention and taking control of how your body disperses tension?

2)Strategic Progression
This must be built into your program from this day forward.
Why is it that people think they can build muscle by simply going into the gym each day and HOPING they're doing the right things, in the right amounts, with the right recovery to build muscle. Good luck.
