Smoked Salmon Guacamole

Ingredients for minimum of 6 servings of 2 large tablespoons:

  • 3 medium avocados
  • 6 oz smoked wild salmon
  • 1 celery stalk (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro or coriander
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • pepper to taste

Directions 

Mix ingredients together and eat!

Approximate macros for 1 of 6 servings:

189 calories, 7g carbs, 14g fat, 9.5g protein, 5g fiber, 1.5g sugar
