Morning Training Tip

If you train first thing in the morning, fueling your body with amino acids is essential to give your muscles not only the components it needs to repair muscle tissue, but to prevent catabolism if you are not able to eat a full meal 1-2 hours before. Taking some essential amino acids (along with some MCT oil) is a great way to protect your muscle and fuel growth.
