Vacuum Posing

If you want to improve your abs practicing vacuums is a MUST. Your core is active in nearly every exercise you do to some degree. Get good at "locking it down" to create stability. Your core strength will be a limiting factor in some of your lifts. Vacuums will help tighten up your midsection while increasing your muscular endurance from holding the contraction.
