Diet Tips for Transformation or Show Prep

When you start your transformation or show prep, provided your diet is already pretty good it doesn't make sense to drastically change everything you are doing in one go!
When you do this it becomes difficult to assess what is and isn't working for you, and you are also left with less room for movement when you hit that sticking point.
Gradual, sustainable progress is the best route. Just make sure you give yourself enough time!
