L-Glutamine & Brain Function

I've been getting a number of question regarding supplements to take to help with ‪#‎focus‬ and ‪#‎concentration‬. The answer is simple L-Glutamine and here's why.. The presence of L-Glutamine within the brain and spinal fluid is 10 to 15 times more concentrated than in the blood, assisting with focus, alertness, memory and intellectual performance.
