CARBS
Now
that I have your attention, when your carb intake is on point, your
performance will always increase. When you take in carbs post-workout,
your results will accelerate,. Take in some protein after as well. When
you don’t, your results won’t be as positive. Simple fact - If you’re an
athlete, you need to add some amount of carbs into your diet. The
amount will depend on your goals, the way you train, and the amount of
body fat you have, etc. It's all about balance and whats right for your
body and goals.
