Take a break from training to GROW by B Pak

After a period of overreaching (NOT to be confused with overtraining), it is important to take a short time off from the gym to allow your body to super compensate (3-5 days). Think of it as your body paying you back for all your hard work with more muscle

You must properly periodize your overreaching and supercompensation to maximize your potential! Training hard without a break will limit your gains in the long run.
