Akim Williams Quads & Triceps Workout - IFBB Chicago Pro 2014 Prep


Akim starts single leg extensions. He's strong like an ox. His lifts are crazy!!! Next is squats. He's doing 10 sec rest pause with 495 & then the same with 585. That's insane!! Next is vertical leg press. He goes pretty high in weight. Next is single leg press. After that is triceps training. He's doing rope pushdowns. Next is cable kickbacks. He hit some poses.
