Blueberry Blast Shake

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 frozen banana (peel before freezing)
1/2 cup blueberries
1 scoop whey or casein protein powder

Blend Well. 

Tip: Use 1/2 scoop of whey & 1/2 scoop of casein for post workout shake. 1 cup of casein protein before bedtime or anytime shake. You make this your breakfast drink. If you don't like almond milk, use regular milk.
